Product Description Our SPF 15 Lip Balm is made with a premium quality formula of organic ingredients and a natural zinc oxide mineral sunblock/sunscreen. What sets our lip balm apart is the use of non-nano particle zinc oxide, which is a worry-free size. The lip balm is SPF rated at 15 and water-resistant for up to 80 minutes.

In our quest to create the perfect lip balm with sunblock formula, we sought a combination of organic base and natural sunblock. While there are many natural lip balms on the market, the majority utilize chemical sunscreens. Even those that use natural mineral sunscreen may contain artificial ingredients. Our lip balm is all-natural, organic, and non-toxic.

Concerned about white shadowing from non-nano zinc oxide? Our lip balm includes Polyhydroxystearic acid, a natural and safe ingredient that minimizes any white shadowing effect while evenly dispersing the zinc oxide.

Despite the use of zinc oxide, our lip balm glides on smoothly, with the only minor difference being a slightly thicker consistency compared to lip balms containing chemical sunscreens. Our lip balm is also reef-safe, as we do not use oxybenzone in our chemical-free sunscreen.

It’s worth noting that zinc oxide is a mineral and cannot be referred to as "organic" in sales and marketing. Therefore, we have named our product “Natural Lip Balm with Zinc Oxide” to align with truth in advertising regulations.

Not only is our lip balm animal cruelty-free, but it is also Leaping Bunny Certified. It is ideal for outdoor activities such as boating, skiing, or hiking, providing UVA and UVB broad-spectrum protection with an SPF of 15 and water-resistance for up to 80 minutes.
